Currently CQS employs more than 1.100 employees throughout Greece and provides services to major organizations operating locally, with emphasis on telecommunications, energy, gambling, IT, retail, as well as banking and insurance sectors.
CQS is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to further expand the Talent Acquisition Team that focuses mainly on bulk hiring activities. Key responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads in various job sites, screening applications, interviewing, and assessing candidates, following up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cfor at least one year
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- IT literacy and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
