To meet our current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a Junior Business Analyst.

Together with our Product Architects & Development teams, you will participate in the analysis, design, implementation and testing of our applications for our clients.

As our new Junior Business Analyst, will be in charge of several important tasks, like:

• Collecting and tracking change requests progress
• Ensuring that requirements are fully understood from both Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation will truly satisfy our customers’ expectations
• Participating in the definition, analysis of business requirements
• Defining business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
• Conducting workshops as a part of your daily activity
• Writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made

To be successful in this role, you will need to uncover and understand customer and business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria:

• University/College Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant technology field
• A proven record of 1-2 years of IT-related experience
• Good experience in development, systems’ implementation and applications
• Knowledge of OS (LINUX, AIX, Kubernetes)
• Experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
• Experience in ticketing systems (Jira and/or OTRS) will be considered a plus
• You have an excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken
• Completed military obligations for male candidates

• Apart from being an excellent Junior System Engineer, you have developed your analytical and problem-solving skills
• A quick and continuous learner
