Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multiple customer profiling and segmentation models to maximize cross and up-selling opportunities

• Perform reporting, dash boarding and business analysis

• Monitor and analyze trends to identify how the product or service should be modified or

replaced.

• Design & launch targeted CRM campaigns

• Develop in-depth knowledge of energy market trends

• Monitor & report products’ performance

• Perform marketing analysis, proposing products/offers & extra actions based on the analysis

• Work with all involved departments across the organization for the proper delivery of projects

• Provide assistance and participate in marketing activities (design and execution).

• Develop, manage and secure budget KPIs across the product portfolio

• Provide forecast monthly on the KPIs of the relevant products and P&L

• Execute Go-To-Market plans for new products & services

• Develop the product descriptions and the educational material, design the respective

functionality and closely monitor service development by driving internal and external parties

• Ensure that all processes and mechanisms are correctly in place throughout the development

process at all stages and touchpoints

• Support operations regarding new products to ensure that launches are kept on target

• Carry out Channels performance monitoring

• Monitor competition activities, new product launches, and promotional activities (offers).

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Engineering studies

• At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field and especially in Business Analysis &

product management, preferably in services (Telecoms, Banks, Energy, etc)

• Consumer understanding and good knowledge of marketing principles.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to keep well-organized workflow and records

• Sales or Financial analysis experience will be considered a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Italians will be

considered an asset.

• Ability to understand basic IT, BI and billing issues

• Combination of analytical & commercial thinking

• MS Office, and BI tools knowledge (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAS Enterprise Guide)

• Good communication skills, decision making and negotiation skills.

• Problem solving mindset and critical thinking.

• Ability to interact and coordinate activities of several stakeholders
