As a Compensation & Benefits Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating employee compensation and benefits programs for a workforce of over 12,000 employees. Acting as a liaison between employees, vendors, and internal HR stakeholders, you will ensure accurate execution, timely reporting, and a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities include maintaining HR systems and data integrity, managing sensitive employee documentation, and contributing to annual budgeting and compensation review cycles that drive strategic HR outcomes.
What you will focus on:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of benefits programs, including medical insurance, pension plans, and other schemes, ensuring accurate documentation, eligibility tracking, and issue resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on benefits-related inquiries,providing guidance and timely responses on coverage, claims, enrollment processes, and policies.
- Liaise with external providers (e.g. insurers, pension administrator) to ensure service level agreements are met, changes are implemented smoothly, and escalated issues are addressed.
- Assist in the implementation of employee programs such as summer camps, long service awards, and other benefits-related projects, ensuring logistics and communication are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and databases. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g. headcount, enrollment stats, claims) to support internal tracking and decision-making.
- Participate in improving benefits administration workflows, documentation, and employee communication to enhance experience and efficiency.
- Assist with the annual compensation review, bonus distribution processes, and salary survey data submissions.
What you have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to Compensation & Benefits or HR Administration.
- BSc in Business Administration, Human Resoures, Economics, or related field
- Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis and tracking)
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar) will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
