Information Office Assistant
Information Office Assistant will be part of the Center Management team providing excellent customer service to the Shopping Center visitors by handling any requests, complaints and questions with high professionalism.
In detail, the Information Office Assistant will be responsible:
For handling:
• the Information Office and guiding all visitors regarding store locations and Marketing/Promotion activities of the Shopping Center
• the Shopping Center call center line, providing information and directions to those interested
• all customer service utilities (children's strollers, wheelchairs, umbrellas, etc.)
• any announcements made in the Shopping Center through loudspeakers
• the found – lost procedure of the Shopping Center
• the Gift Cards transactions to interested visitors
• the responses to the shopping center info mail address
• assist the daily operation of the center, if and when needed
For supporting the Center Management team:
• in all the Health & Safety plans and procedures, ensuring the safety of visitors and the whole Shopping Center
• in communicating with the store operators to update all contact details of each store
• in providing secretarial support, if required
• assist the daily operation of the center, if and when needed, especially in terms of Operations Excellence
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
• Excellent command of the English language; any other language will be considered as an asset
• Mastery in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Professional Experience:
• 3 years of minimum relative working experience in a customer service role; experience in reception is consider as a plus
