We are looking for Retail Software Implementation & Configuration Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
· Communicate with clients to assess and define business requirements and parameterize the software accordingly to meet their specific operational needs.
· Install and configure retail software on client systems (PCs, POS terminals, back-office infrastructure).
· Set up and integrate peripheral devices including barcode scanners, receipt printers and scales
· Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
· Performed on-site visits to retail locations for system installations, troubleshooting, and technical support
· Composed clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and operating instructions, to assist both end-users and internal teams
· Develop a solid understanding of the retail industry and customer operations in order to relay valuable feedback internally for continuous product improvement
Your Qualifications & Competencies
· Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· Experience in retail software installation and system configuration
· Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
· Familiarity with POS systems and retail hardware (e.g. barcode scanners, scales, receipt printers) will be considered a strong plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
· Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service and support
