🧩 What you'll do:

• Offer outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat or email
• Assist users in getting the most from their devices, solving issues with clarity and care
• Represent a brand known for innovation, simplicity, and quality
• Log customer cases and follow internal guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a friendly tone and pace

✔️ You’re a match if you:

• Speak Dutch natively (or near-native) and English fluently
• Are friendly, calm and solution-oriented

• Are available for rotating shifts (5 days/week)
• Hold an EU passport or valid Greek work permit
