Your Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone and written support to our customers in the health insurance sector
• Handle inquiries in a solution- and goal-oriented manner
• Ensure friendly and service-oriented communication

Your Profile:

• Experience with the German healthcare system is an advantage
• German language proficiency at a native level (minimum C1)
• Experience in customer contact – you know how to interact with people
• Friendly and service-oriented communication style
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solution- and goal-oriented approach – you always keep an overview
