Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόOn behalf of our client, a leading company in the Food Production Industry, we are looking to recruit an HR Payroll Manager.
- Manages end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Ensures full compliance with labor laws and internal procedures, including the transition to digital timekeeping systems
- Collaborates with Finance and Legal departments to ensure alignment of payroll and HR practices
- Handles employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
- Develops and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Coordinates and administers HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding
- Facilitates training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Leads HR projects and initiatives across the organization
- Partners with senior management to address HR needs and strategic planning
- Remains informed on industry best practices and implement relevant HR improvements
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MSc will be considered an advantage
- At least 10 years of HR experience
- Experience from FMCG/manufacturing industry will be considered as an asset
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and practices
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge of payroll procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
