TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA Group, seeks to hire a:

BIM Designer (Integrated Resort Complex Elliniko)

Main responsibilities: 

• Creates detailed digital models of project’s buildings by using BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborates with architects, engineers and other construction professionals of the project, to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Develops and maintains BIM protocols, templates and libraries for the organization
• Coordinates and manages BIM project data sets and workflows among multiple design disciplines to ensure compatibility and accuracy
• Performs clash detection and provides solutions to the Project Manager, to resolve design conflicts
• Generates and analyzes BIM reports to assist in decision-making processes
• Provides BIM training and support to team members
• Ensures compliance with industry BIM standards and project-specific BIM execution plans
• Assists in the development of project design concepts and presentations
• Reviews and updates BIM models to reflect design changes and updates
• Produces monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation   

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in BIM Implementation, preferably in  complex  projects
• Proficient user in a range of BIM Authoring and proprietary Software applications, such as Navisworks, Revit, BIM 360 or AutoCad
• Excellent understanding of  legal and contractual guidelines
• Fluency in English language (both oral and written)
