Epsilon Net S.A., the largest Business Software Group in Greece, is seeking a Business Software Telesales Consultant for its Sales Department, based in Athens or Thessaloniki οr Cyprus, with a focus on the customer portfolio in Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers
• Presenting our products or services to existing and/or new customers
• Ensuring high level of services by investing in stable, long-term partnerships
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines and performance metrics in CRM system, ensuring up-to- date and accessible information
• Optimizing company’s customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as account manager/ telesales agent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office

Νice to have

• Previous working experience in IT/ software industry
• Experience with CRM systems
