• Proven experience in managing large F&B operations in a high-turnover environment.
• Graduate of a Tourism Management or Hospitality Business Administration program, from Greece or abroad.
• Proficient in the use of PC, MS Office, and Micros systems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Expertise in à la carte dining, oenology, and bar operations.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing F&B operations in a hotel setting.
• Proficient in cost management, including procurement, ordering, pricing, and inventory.
• Involvement in menu creation and control, ensuring high culinary standards.
• Responsible for the planning, supervision, guidance, and training of staff.
• Efficient handling of customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Development of work schedules and effective management of staff hours.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
