Job Description:

• Fully aligns with the sales department's operational policies and implements the strategy for expanding and developing the customer base in the assigned area.
• Executes, monitors, and achieves sales, distribution, and profitability targets for the customer base in the assigned area.
• Follows and applies the product development and promotion strategy for the full range of products and services in the assigned market area.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or a related field.
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role within the retail or sales industry.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Holder of a valid driver's license for passenger vehicles.
• Military service obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
