Your daily tasks will include:
📞 Responding to inbound calls and emails from users who need help with devices or accounts

✔️ Native or near-native Czech speaker (C1+)
✔️ Comfortable using English (B2+) in a professional setting
✔️ Confident using digital tools and solving basic tech issues
✔️ Available to work full-time (5 days/week) in rotating shifts between 09:00–19:00 (Monday–Friday)
