The Outsourcing team of PwC Greece is the leading provider of Accounting, Payroll & HR solutions in Greece, assisting organisations to get value from our outsourcing experience and bring together the skills to deliver improvements in people, processes, and technology. With a team of approximately two hundred professionals, we aim to provide holistic solutions to our clients supporting them in confronting the challenging and constantly changing environment in Greece.
In this dynamic environment, we are now looking for high calibre Senior Accounting Professional for our team in Athens.
Please note that the working model for this position is flexible and may be hybrid or on-site, depending on the client's needs.

Manage Accounting, Finance and Reporting Outsourcing activities to clients and have overall responsibility for the process.

Review the statutory financial statements under Greek GaaP and IFRS.

Review the corporate tax returns (VAT, CIT, Withholding tax etc.).

Advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements.

Coordinate project teams, motivate others and build team spirit.

At least four (4) years of professional experience

Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset.

Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
-
Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university.

Strong knowledge of Tax and Accounting legislation.

Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters.

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
