A day in the life as a Business Development and Client Relationship Manager:
- Analyze industry trends to anticipate changes and opportunities
- Target sectors where the firm’s services can be expanded
- Work closely with consulting teams to understand the firm’s services and tailor solutions to client needs
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing projects and inspire teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Demonstrated ability to turn client challenges into business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services
- Manage the company’s CRM System with all data, in order to develop business plans and sales strategies in line with the company’s objectives
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and leveraging CRM analytics for business growth
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding business development and sales targets
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and partners
- Skilled in building and maintaining a robust professional network to create long-term business opportunities
Requirements
What we need for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Business Development is required, with proven experience in a consulting firm, advisory, or financial services environment.
- Master’s Degree: MBA or master’s in Management, Marketing or related field is essential
- Excellent Greek and English Command in both verbal and written
- MS Office (Word, Excel & PP): Advanced knowledge
- CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
