Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements organizational development strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in organizational development or related HR leadership roles, ideally within the retail sector or in complex corporate environments.
- Proven expertise in change management, talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational diagnostics.
