Senior Business App Consultant

The role of Business application consultant is to lead the modification and customization of Microsoft ERP applications, integrate them with business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates, conferring with other developers, system analysts, and implementation team members to establish software requirements and ensure project specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Group Operations environment and applications.
• Analyze and synthesize user needs & consulting services to ERP, WMS, MES projects
• Participate in projects and provide system configuration, IT testing and migration activities. 
• Develop user documentation and implement internal changes for both business applications and reporting projects
• Participate in design reviews of configurations, proposed integrations, reports and any other extensions or custom application functionality
• Document customization needs and manage relations with software vendor’s developers
• Strengthen and manage business relationships with key Stakeholders.
• Provision of solutions and problem solving in respect to software
• Participate actively in the development of the Group IT culture of project and improved service delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position as senior ERP Business Analyst
• Experience in integration Projects, MES, WMS, shop floor software
• Experience of working in ticketing based/service management with remote partners.
• Experience in BI tools
• Good technical background on software and reporting systems 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or NAV 
• Microsoft AX and Azure environment 
• University IT related degree or similar
• Analytical minded
• Experience on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
