The Role

The CRM Specialist increase customer loyalty through a personalized CRM Plan in order to increase company’s Sales and ROI, and penetrate strategic segments. He / She will be integral part of the CRM team specialized on B2B portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. B2B Portfolio
  • Align with B2B Segment, understand strategic and commercial priorities, so as to streamline campaigning plan
  • Analyse and understand B2B portfolio and work on enhancing the existing segmentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, so as to ensure value propositions, content and other marketing material for all media and coordinate channel deployment 

 

  1. CRM Campaigning
  • Responsible for developing and managing direct marketing campaigns, addressing B2B & B2C customers
  • Campaigning entails end to end deployment (design, targeting, execution, evaluation), employing all available BTL marketing tools
  • Monitor KPIS (sales, conversion, ROI etc) and suggest corrective actions to improve performance
  • Lead or participate in cross functional projects, which promote department’s objectives and strategic goals

 

  1. Loyalty Schemes Campaigns
  • Set up the agreed campaigns arranging marketing activities, technical execution and administrative tasks
  • Monitor KPIS and other budget components and suggest corrective actions to improve performance
  • Manage budget and accounting responsibilities

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • ≥ 2yrs experience in CRM, B2B preferably
  • Experienced in B2B marketing principles and understanding of B2B customer unique needs, preferably from the retail industry
  • Understanding of analytics and portfolio management
  • Experienced in running multichannel campaigns
  • Experienced in A/B testing methodology
  • Understanding of ecommerce, digital and social media marketing, its principles and metrics
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to pursue other stakeholders promoting department’s objectives
  • Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong resilience to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposed to project management, under contemporary practices
  • Experience in budgeting and pursue of financial goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
