Your main purpose
Mission: As a Driver, you will be the one to provide transportation for guests around the resort, making stops at designated areas, and following a specific route.
Transportation Services: Operate an 8-seated golf cart to transport guests within the resort premises. Follow a designated route and make stops at specified areas, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with boarding, and disembarking, and answering any questions they may have. Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Relay important information about the resort, events, and activities to guests during transportation.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations while operating the golf cart. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other resort staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with other duties as needed during periods of low transportation demand.

Valid driving license
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
