Candidates must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Proficient in both English and Greek languages
  • Very good knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large hotel
  • Very good computer skills with desirable knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Politeness, a pleasant and friendly personality oriented towards guest service and satisfaction

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests upon their arrival
  • Identifying guest needs and preparing for special requests
  • Informing guests about hotel facilities and promoting hotel services
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and managing guest requirements
  • Excellent collaboration with the Front Office departments
  • Managing and resolving urgent/emergency incidents
  • Training and coordinating the Guest Relations team members
