Candidates must meet the following prerequisites:
- Proficient in both English and Greek languages
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large hotel
- Very good computer skills with desirable knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Politeness, a pleasant and friendly personality oriented towards guest service and satisfaction
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests upon their arrival
- Identifying guest needs and preparing for special requests
- Informing guests about hotel facilities and promoting hotel services
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and managing guest requirements
- Excellent collaboration with the Front Office departments
- Managing and resolving urgent/emergency incidents
- Training and coordinating the Guest Relations team members
