 Candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduates of a tourism or similar management school
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in reservations departments at a luxury resort
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and German languages (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good knowledge of PMS systems
  • Ability to develop and manage rate plans and offers
  • Ability to distribute hotel products and services
  • Ability to develop new contacts and partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship management and communication skills with all partners
