Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in 4 or 5-star hotels.
- Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written), knowledge of German or French is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of the Reservations and Front Office departments.
- Experience in supervising and organizing the housekeeping department.
- Experience in Rooms Allocation.
- Very good knowledge of Property Management Systems (P.M.S).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Consistency and effective time management ability.
- Problem-solving skills and complaint management.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Focus on achieving qualitative and financial goals.
- Knowledge of billing procedures.
- High spirit of teamwork and leadership ability.
