Responsibilities:

• Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance related activities.
• Overseeing guest communication and experience from initial booking to guest arrival, throughout their stay and during their departure.
• Researching and sourcing qualified properties via market investigation (real estate agencies, property adds, etc).
• Reviewing the arrival/departure list daily and assists in ensuring the apartment preparation before arrival and attend inspection to maintain excellent property condition after departure.
• Responding quickly to calls/messages.
• Coordinating resolution tasks for challenging situations, whilst keeping the customer informed of their actions (challenging situations may include maintenance, technicians, contractors, cleaners etc.).
• Managing service recovery with guests who are unsatisfied with the experience, product and troubleshoot any issues in line with the Company’s policies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or any relevant field
• Preferably Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in shifts based on a rotation basis as per hospitality standards including on weekends and holidays when required
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• EU driving license is required
