Surprice Car Rentals, a global car rental company, is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to support the continual growth of the brand across the world. The company operates in 30+ countries and enjoys a portfolio of 50+ global partners.

The role is based in our offices in  Heraklion Crete

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via different channels
  • Answer to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Placing reservations for customers based on their requirements and budget
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with reservations
  • Assisting customers with questions regarding the reservation process
  • Supporting customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation
  • Managing all the customers’ calls and emails
  • Maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude toward customers
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position
  • Efficiency, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Availability to work in shifts
  • Marketing skills and Social media knowledge.
