Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Front Office department of 4* or 5* hotels in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Greek and English Languages
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Replying to Guest e-mails and handling all Guests pre-arrival requests in order to prepare their itineraries
  • Acting as a visible presence in guest areas, engaging proactively with guests
  • Handling guests' complaints and service recovery
