Work For All is seeking a Receptionist Ά on behalf of luxury 5* hotel in Elounda,Crete.

The property features 237 stylish rooms, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, sophistication, and a relaxing stay experience. Guests can indulge in a diverse culinary journey across four restaurants, serving Mediterranean, Greek, and international cuisine throughout the day. The hotel also boasts three bars, perfect for enjoying signature cocktails and light refreshments in a tranquil setting. A fully equipped spa invites guests to unwind and rejuvenate, enhancing the overall sense of well-being. Ideal for couples and adult travelers, the hotel combines upscale hospitality, a peaceful ambiance, and attentive service, creating a welcoming and memorable destination in Elounda.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and the features of each room category.
  • Managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Handling guest requests and interactions with a high level of service.
  • Overseeing all cashiering functions effectively.
  • Management of reservations in the PMS, issuance of invoices and billing.
  • Responding to guest calls and emails professionally.
  • Resolving issues and collaborating with other hotel departments.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
