We connect properties with powerful sales networks, including leading travel agencies, wholesalers, OTAs, tour operators, affiliates, and other tourism channels focused on short term rentals. We work closely with European travel specialists and provide property owners with access to expanded B2B and B2B2C sales opportunities.

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at our offices in Ampelokipoi, Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations efficiently, supporting guests and partners, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage reservations and handle reservation-related issues promptly and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email, responding to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate and coordinate with property owners and property managers
• Process payments and send booking confirmations and relevant travel details
• Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures
• Create accurate new listings for short term rental properties

Qualifications
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset
