SORA is a Pan-Asian restaurant and lounge located on the rooftop of Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens in Glyfada. The venue offers a contemporary dining experience with elevated Pan-Asian cuisine, refined cocktails and a vibrant rooftop atmosphere overlooking the Athenian Riviera.

• Previous experience as a Bartender in an upscale restaurant, hotel, bar, or rooftop venue
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, premium spirits, and mixology techniques
• Confidence in delivering both efficient service and engaging guest interaction at the bar
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
