Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. As part of a globally recognized luxury lifestyle brand, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, packages, and resort services
• Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, promotions, and special offers
• Ensure all bookings are entered correctly into the reservation system
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
• Deliver a personalized and luxury-level service aligned with Nikki Beach standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality (luxury resort experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
