About the Role

As a Cook B, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, supporting the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes.
You will work closely with senior chefs, contributing daily to the smooth operation of the kitchen, consistency of flavors, and refined presentation of every plate.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the preparation and execution of menu items under senior chefs’ guidance
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
  • Support kitchen operations during peak service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Assist in inventory handling and food storage
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Cook B or Kitchen Assistant
  • Culinary studies (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of culinary techniques
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
