Work For All is seeking an HR Generalist on behalf of luxury 5* hotel properties in Samos, operated by a large and established hotel group. The position involves being based for five months in Athens (November – March) and for seven months in Samos Island (April – October). The position involves working between Athens and Samos Island, with the duration in each location being indicative and subject to adjustment based on business needs.

 

About the Hotel Group & the Hotel

The hotel group operates in Samos and manages 7 properties of various categories, with a total of approximately 600 accommodation units. With a workforce of over 400 employees, the group delivers modern and authentic hospitality experiences, placing strong emphasis on its people and the continuous enhancement of its services. The hotel features 181 rooms and is ideal for families, friends, and groups of all ages. Guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, both buffet and a la carte, as well as lively bars for relaxation and entertainment throughout the day.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, which involves developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, collecting CVs, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with HR Manager regarding Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, Policies & Procedures, and all other HR & Administration aspects.
  • Generate all reports for the HR & Operations Department on agreed basis.
  • Collect documents and share information with Employees.
  • Deal with internships and all related concerns.
  • Participate in the yearly Recruitment Campaign for all Educational Institutions selected by the Company.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
