Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Front Office/Concierge department of 4* or 5* hotels
  • Excellent command of Greek and English Languages
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Providing information about hotel's facilities and promote its services
  • Replying to Guest e-mails and handling all Guests pre-arrival requests in order to prepare their itineraries
  • Anticipating guest needs and build rapport with them
  • Complaints' handling
