Parian Chronicle Destination by Hyatt, managed by SWOT Hospitality Management Company, is looking for vigilant and responsible Lifeguards to join our team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment around our pools and aquatic areas, providing timely emergency response, and promoting safety awareness among guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Constantly monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations, educating guests when necessary.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Valid lifeguard certification including CPR and first aid training.
• Experience as a lifeguard, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
