As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, and efficient team coordination.

This role combines leadership, operational management, and guest engagement, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding dining experiences and driving team performance.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a positive and professional team environment focused on excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage all restaurant operations on a daily basis
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest hospitality standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the service team
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor service quality, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of service procedures and standards
  • Support budget control, cost management, and revenue optimization
