- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation and service
- Design and develop authentic Greek menus, including seasonal updates and specials
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure strong performance and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor food costs, minimise waste, and optimise kitchen profitability
- Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and concept development
- Oversee kitchen scheduling and staff rotas
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in line with brand standards and recipes
Eligibile candidates must be willing to relocate to Malta. The opening of the hotel is in June 2026.
