  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation and service
  • Design and develop authentic Greek menus, including seasonal updates and specials
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure strong performance and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Monitor food costs, minimise waste, and optimise kitchen profitability
  • Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and concept development
  • Oversee kitchen scheduling and staff rotas
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in line with brand standards and recipes

    Eligibile candidates must be willing to relocate to Malta. The opening of the hotel is in June 2026.
