Responsibilities
- Perform the check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and financial transactions
- Update reservations with any details that will ensure the smoothest operation of our departments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs and preferences are met
- Implement and maintain guest satisfaction programs or initiatives
- Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Experience in a 4*or 5* boutique hotel environment, with minimum experience 2 years
- Excellent command of both French & English language, both spoken and written.
