Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving drinks according to the hotel’s F&B standards
• Presenting the bar menu, taking orders and ensuring prompt service
• Monitoring and maintaining bar stock levels and reporting replenishment needs
• Ensuring the smooth and organized operation of the bar station
• Maintaining a guest-focused approach while delivering an engaging bar experience
• Cleaning, setting up and organizing both front and back bar areas
• Handling guest requests, enquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
• Relevant training certificates, will be considered a plus
• Attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
