As part of the Moxy Inspiration Crew, you’ll help bring the brand’s playful spirit to life while ensuring every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

You will be responsible for:

·       Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests throughout their stay

·       Acting as a key point of contact for guest requests, feedback and special moments

·       Handling guest concerns with confidence, empathy and creativity

·       Supporting a smooth and engaging arrival experience for guests

·       Engaging with guests across the Moxy Living Room and social spaces

·       Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey

·       Anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service whenever possible

·       Contributing to maintaining a vibrant and positive guest experience

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or Guest Experience roles
• Enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable moments
• Is energetic, proactive and solution-oriented
