What you’ll do
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality in every dish
• Support service during busy periods, contributing to food production and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in inventory handling, storage, and stock rotation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives

• Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
