Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages ensuring high quality and consistency
2. Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, offering recommendations based on their preferences
3. Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and accuracy
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants
2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods
3. Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
5. Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
