is looking for a Restaurant Manager  to join our team in our new project The Fiction at Marousi,

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Leading day-to-day restaurant operation
• Improving restaurant's financial performance and guest satisfaction indicators
• Participating in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists
• Recruiting and assisting in the training of employees
• Evaluating employee performance
• Delivering excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints
• Conducting accurate inventories monthly
• Overseeing storage and weekly orders
• Ensuring that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
• Previous working experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. A second language will be considered an asset.
• Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
• Self-motivation, excitement and exceptional communication and team-building skills
• Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus
• Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
• Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results.
