Position: Assistant Waiter (ONUKI Athens)
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Present menus, provide detailed information, and make recommendations upon request
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards in all areas
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit
• Fluency in English – additional languages will be considered an asset
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
