Position: Waiter / Waitress (ONUKI & GUACANA COSTA NAVARINO)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Present the menu, provide details, and offer recommendations upon request
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards across all areas
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit
- Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
