Your role is essential in shaping the guest experience. Through attention to detail, strong leadership, and operational excellence, you will create an environment where guests feel cared for, relaxed, and at home.

What you’ll do
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards are consistently met
- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and report to the management team
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak periods
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
- Place orders, track usage, and control costs effectively
- Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest needs swiftly
- Respond to guest feedback, inquiries, or complaints related to housekeeping
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support budget preparation and cost control for the department

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role, ideally in hospitality
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
