- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed, reporting any shortages.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by housekeeping department.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of prior experience in housekeeping in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Good command of Greek and basic knowledge of the English.
- Knowledge of hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures in hotel settings.
- High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Pleasant personality with discretion, politeness, and confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and behaviour.
- Flexibility with work hours and adaptability.
