Cook A' / Μάγειρας Α'

Καθήκοντα:

• Διαχείριση της κουζίνας και επίβλεψη της ομάδας μαγειρικής.
• Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
• Διασφάλιση ποιότητας των πιάτων και συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές παρουσίασης.
• Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση μελών της ομάδας.
• Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την ομαλή λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας.

• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση (Cook A ή Chef de Partie).
• Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στην μαγειρική.
• Ικανότητες στη διοίκηση και στο συντονισμό ομάδας.
• Γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Πάθος για τη μαγειρική και τη δημιουργικότητα.
