Work For All is seeking Front Office Manager on behalf of luxury 5* hotel properties in Rhodes, operated by a large and established hotel group.

The hotel group operates in Rhodes and manages seven modern 5-star hotel properties, located in prime beachfront locations across the island. Its hotels combine elegance, comfort, and high standards of service, offering complete hospitality experiences with a strong focus on authentic Greek hospitality. The facilities include high-quality restaurants, relaxation areas, swimming pools, spa services, and organized beaches, creating a comprehensive environment for accommodation and leisure. The Group offers hotels designed both for couples and adult guests seeking privacy and luxury, as well as for families looking for comfortable and high-quality holiday experiences. At the same time, several of the properties operate with all-inclusive services, providing guests with a fully integrated hospitality experience. With modern facilities, refined aesthetics, and attention to detail, the Group’s hotels create a welcoming environment where relaxation, entertainment, and high-quality service form the core of the guest experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and the features of each room category.
  • Leading, training, and evaluating the Front Office team, aiming at continuous skill development and maintaining high service standards.
  • Actively participating in all Front Office operations.
  • Managing and resolving special guest requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and personalized service.
  • Ensuring smooth and effective collaboration among Front Office team members and with other hotel departments, for consistent and efficient operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
  • Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and PMS systems. (preferably Opera).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively solve problems while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
