Guest Relations Manager
About the role
Join our hospitality team and take a leading role in creating exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Guest Relations Manager who will lead the Guest Relations team and ensure that every guest receives personalized, attentive, and seamless service throughout their stay.
As a key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with guests, handling feedback and special requests, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
What you will do
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and friendly approach
• Ensure that guest needs are anticipated and met throughout their stay
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Coordinate and manage VIP guest arrangements and special requests to the highest standards
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the Guest Relations team while fostering a culture of service excellence
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Stay informed about resort services, facilities, local attractions, and events in order to provide recommendations to guests
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and records within the hotel system
• Uphold and promote the brand’s reputation for luxury hospitality and outstanding service

- Has proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Has a guest-focused mindset with a passion for personalized service
• Is familiar with property management systems (e.g., Opera)
• Is fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
• Maintains a positive attitude and remains calm and professional under pressure
• Is flexible and able to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
