We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated individual who wishes to make their first professional steps in the hospitality industry as an F&B Intern at Glyfada Riviera Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the service team in delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their time and receive a high-quality hospitality experience
• Greeting and interacting with guests, presenting menus and assisting with drink and food orders
• Communicating with the kitchen team and assisting in delivering food and beverages to guests according to hotel standards
• Following health and safety regulations regarding the handling and service of food and beverages
• Assisting in the timely and accurate delivery of food orders
• Supporting the processing of cash and credit card payments
• Maintaining table cleanliness and assisting in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
• Remaining attentive to guests’ needs while helping provide an exceptional guest experience

• Previous solid serving experience in hospitality is a plus
• Interest in the hospitality and food & beverage sector
• Positive attitude and customer service-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
